Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist interior designers with project research, concept development, and design presentations.
• Prepare and organize design materials, including mood boards, fabric swatches, and sample boards.
• Assist with space planning and drafting floor plans using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings.
• Manage project documentation, including tracking orders, maintaining project files, and updating design schedules.
• Assist with on-site project management, including overseeing installations and ensuring design specifications are met.
• Communicate with clients to address design-related questions and updates.
