Opening For Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for taking general guidance on new features and translating them into end-to-end user journey mockups.
Your role will go beyond aesthetics you will need to understand how our users interact with the product, the problems we solve for them, and design features that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, customer needs, and product vision.
- Create intuitive, end-to-end user journey mockups and wireframes using tools like Figma, with attention to both usability and aesthetics.
- Conduct user research and utilize data insights to inform design decisions.
- Design user interfaces that align with business goals and provide value to our customers.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure a cohesive experience across all product features.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, explaining the thought process and user-centric rationale behind the designs.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from customers and internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of the design process and work autonomously to deliver high-quality work.
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility in your designs to enhance the product experience on multiple devices and platforms.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design journeys.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a remote team.
- Passion for design, with a desire to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible user experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Additional skills

- Experience working on SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design standards.
- Previous experience with customer-facing tools/products.
