Cluster Sales Manager - General Insurance (3-9 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cluster Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth in group health and other insurance lines such as Fire, Engineering, Liability, Marine, and Workmen's Compensation. The role involves servicing brokers, managing renewals, acquiring new business, and increasing the company's market penetration.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly business targets for each insurance line (group health, Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, etc.).

2. Service existing brokers and intermediaries, ensuring timely renewals and business growth.

3. Reach out to new brokers and intermediaries to expand market reach.

4. Ensure service level TATs are met in line with distribution team requirements.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in the sales/marketing department within insurance companies or with key brokers, specifically in the Ahmedabad market.

2. Strong relationship management and communication skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
