Product Manager - General Insurance (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Insight

- Understands the importance of data in decision-making - ask the right questions from data to solve a complex problem.

- Gather data from multiple sources (internal and external) to make educated product decisions.

2. Product Strategy

- Clearly articulate and analyze business problems.

- Come up with creative solutions to solve business and product problems independently.

3. Product Execution

- Write feature PRDs and iterate on features with design and engineering input (e.g. to get to wireframe and to reduce scope), with a clear understanding of MVP and iterative development.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Successfully work with stakeholders from different backgrounds and understand their concerns, while demonstrating empathy for different points of view

- Communicate clearly and simply explain complex concepts Demonstrate ownership mentality and ability to think creatively with little input

- Proactively collect feedback and pivot approach accordingly, if required

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products with your fingerprints all over them

- Experience defining the market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategies and present complex information clearly and concisely

- Experience with end-to-end timely product delivery, as per product roadmap Hands-on experience with mobile and web application development.
