Finance Controller

Job Description:

- As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the company.

- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of company finances, from day-to-day accounting to long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Accounting :

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Financial Planning & Analysis :

- Assist in developing and implementing financial plans and budgets.

- Prepare financial forecasts and perform variance analysis.

- Oversee cash flow management and ensure adequate liquidity.

Government Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Prepare and file tax returns.

- Maintain accurate financial records for audits.

Financial Software :

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Zoho Books.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records within the accounting system.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).

- Understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
