Credit Manager

Manage daily Home Loan and Non- Home Loan files,
Ensure all loan files meet corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
Coordination with sales and operations Team.
Assessment of borrowers profiles, repayment capacity and income stability. Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis and bureau reports. Analysis of all customer related information in line with credit risk policy to check eligibility.
Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile and loan requirement.
Maintaining TAT as per guidelines and taking case to decision point.

Required Skills:
Should possess Knowledge and Experience in the field of Affordable Housing, and understanding of credit assessment. Also, should be Hard Working, Disciplined, Effective Communicator and willing to travel to the field
