Responsibilities
:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies tailored to the needs of the hospitality tech industry.
- Guide and mentor the QA team, ensuring alignment with project goals and professional growth.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Work closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct performance and scalability testing for applications handling high user volumes typical of the hospitality industry.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and best practices.
- Evaluate and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address client-specific quality requirements and feedback to drive satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
