Job Description
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with Experience of 8+ years @ Chennai :-
-To comprehend various Architectural Design elements and its various detailing requirements.
-Innovative and sustainable ideas which will be add value to the building and master planning. Designing spaces with light and ventilation Experience in different type of projects like residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality etc
-Make good and necessary details in working drawings and be sure they are executed on site.
-Excellent coordination skills with team, consultants and internal staff. Expert Skills of presentation drawings.
-Knowledge about rules of CMDA regulations would be added advantage
