Job description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Candidate should be handle as given below capacity of integrated steel plant.

Proven track record of success in a similar role.

• 2 KILN 35O TPD
• 37 MW
• 8 Nos Induction furnace 2 nos rolling mill 12-ton capacity
• Other Installation (Iron Coal crusher raw material handling systems etc.)

The candidate should be proficient in all the skills required in an Integrated Steel Plant.

Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
Strong background in integrated steel power plant, unit, commercial operations, plant operations,

manufacturing operations, strategic planning, integrated steel plant, operations,
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
