Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with company law and regulations.
- Manage statutory records, including minutes of board meetings, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Ensure timely filing of regulatory returns with relevant authorities such as MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and ROC (Registrar of Companies).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth functioning of the organization's legal department.
- Handle shareholder communications, investor relations, and other external correspondence related to company affairs.
