Welfare Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee welfare.
  
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Manage grievance redressal processes for employees, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in employee welfare initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with management teams to develop programs that promote employee wellness and engagement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Employee Welfare & Industrial Relations or similar field.
  
• PG Diploma in Other Specialization (e.g., Labour Welfare).

A Degree/diploma in Social Sciences /Master Degree in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any University or Institutions specified in the Schedule or Two years experience of working in Labour Welfare of any factory:

• Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employee welfare.
  
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Drafting)with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
