Job Description
- Connecting clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled
- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the Site Visits
- Building client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
- Visit sites as per the plan set with clients and assist them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly
- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of monthly targets
- Providing proper feedback on leads assigned
- Follow-up for Payments/dues
