Senior Executive - Inventory Management

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) processes across all sites to ensure real time postings and accuracy in consumption reports.
• Report any abnormalities in GR and GI postings promptly.
• Conduct physical inventory audits at various sites and provide detailed variance reports.
• Analyse inventory variances and report findings to Operations and Finance Heads.
• Identify and analyse slow-moving or non-moving inventory and provide regular reports.
• Ensure that all menus are accompanied by corresponding indents.
• Train store personnel on GR and GI posting in SAP MM.
• Prepare and analyze monthly consumption reports to assess inventory performance.

Specialisation / Working Knowledge

1. Proficient knowledge in Excel

2. SAP MM Module knowledge is must

Other details

1. Knowing Hindi (Base level) is mandatory

2. The profile requires Travel

a. Within Chennai 10 days in a month

b. Other Cities / States 5-6 days in a month

3. 2-3 years experience in MM Module
