Managing System Service:

• Oversee and manage system services for all sites to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to system services.

Install & Manage Windows OS and Software:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across all company devices.
• Manage and update other software applications as required.

Network Administration:

• Administer and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve network efficiency.

Windows Server 2016 & VMware:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016 environments.
• Configure and manage VMware virtual environments to support business operations.
