Tender Filling Executive CUM GeM Bidder

Role

We are looking for a skilled Tender Filling Executive CUM GeM Bidder to manage and submit tender documents and bids on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tendering process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

-Able to interact with customers in the Government sector and PSUs.

- Identify and track relevant tenders on various portals including GeM.

- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documents.

- Analyze tender specifications and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

- Monitor the status of submitted tenders and follow up as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and related communications.

- Liaise with clients and vendors for clarifications and negotiations.

- Stay updated on changes in tendering procedures and requirements on GeM and other portals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in the IT sector.

- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of tendering.

- Certification in procurement or supply chain management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

- Proven experience in tender preparation and submission, preferably on GeM.

- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and government procurement regulations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
