Feed Sales Officers

We are looking for candidates who has hands on experience in Poultry or Cattle Animal Feed sales.

Position: Senior Sales Officer & Assistant Manager - Feed Sales

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years in Animal Feed Sales

Job Location: Belgaum / Ramanagara / Shimoga / Bagalkote

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Promote CP Feed to the dealers & Farms in assigned territory.

2. Sales Target Achievements.

3. Monitor sales performance and work towards meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

4. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

5. Identify potential customers through research, networking.

6. Be able to demonstrate product benefits and answer customer queries

7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

9. Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

10. Continuously work to improve the customer experience and sales process.

11. Implement the companys sales strategies and contribute to their development.

12. Identify new sales opportunities and market segments.

13. Participate in training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
