Role & responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Resolve escalations and address concerns from students or parents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Process Optimization: Streamline operations to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align team efforts with organizational goals.

• Educational Planning: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, programs, or institutions for their academic goals

• Counselling and Support: Address challenges related to career decisions, transitions, and work-life balance.

• Market and Industry Insights: Stay updated on job market trends, emerging careers, and skill demands .

Preferred candidate profile:

Specially required overseas role expertise.
