Job Description: Cipla Inhalation Therapy

Position Overview: We are looking for passionate and qualified doctors for the role of from BAMS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS to join our team as respiratory scientific experts specializing in Inhalation Therapy. The role focuses on building awareness and adoption of advanced respiratory treatments among General Practitioners (GPs).

Requirement is for all these Locations - Agra, Pune, Aurangabad, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Meerut, Siliguri, Aligarh, Azamgarh, Allahabad, Mednipur, Malda, Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Raigad

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to 56 GPs in the assigned territory to promote inhalation therapy.
2. Awareness Building: Discuss advancements in respiratory care to drive evidence-based treatment adoption.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with GPs, clinic staff, and stakeholders.
4. Training & Education: Organize CME sessions, GP forums, and health talks to educate healthcare professionals.
5. Market Insights: Gather feedback on treatment practices to inform product improvement and strategies.
6. Travel: Cover up to an 80 km radius from HQ using a personal two-wheeler (travel allowance provided).
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree: BAMS, BDS, BHMS, or BUMS.
• 12 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in respiratory health or inhalation therapy.
• Knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatments.

• Communication: Ability to explain complex medical concepts effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Build and sustain collaborative relationships with GPs.
• Adaptability: Stay updated on evolving medical protocols.
• Time Management: Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Tech Proficiency: Use digital tools for documentation and reporting.

Work Mandates

• Daily coverage: 6 calls/day, 25 working days/month.
• Manage a doctor list (MSL) of 90 GPs.
• Conduct:
• GP forums with 3035 participants and a chest physician.
• Diagnostic camps near clinics with Breathe Free educators.
• Paramedic and chemist training sessions.
• Collect monthly qualitative data from chemists.
• Share digital content like guidelines, device demos, and testimonials.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (flexible as per field requirements).
