- Positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, and clear status updates
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
- Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization

- Ability to use GitLab

- 5 years or more experience
- 2 years or more experience in a leadership role with current technical experience
- In-depth experience with Ruby on Rails, Go, and/or Git, in addition to any experience required by the positions specialty
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline
