Estimation & Costing Engineer

LIVIO Building System is looking for an Estimation & Costing Engineer.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience (preferably US projects)

Degree:

Degree in Civil Engineering

Description:

1. Should understand the drawing, details and specifications of items for the project and should be able to implement them. (USA Project Drawings)

2. Should be able to do the quantity Takeoff from both PDF & Autocad, Added advantage of BIM 360

3. Familiar with US Terminology and willing to work night shift(7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)

4. Should be able to do the rate analysis.

5. Develop cost estimates and coordinate proposals with the costing head and with the Sales Manager for assigned estimating projects.

6. Should be able to understand the BOQ and Specifications of the project. All the work is to be carried out as per specifications, set quality standards

7. Attend internal progress/tracking meetings.

8. Provide area-specific forecasts and report project status.

9. Cost comparison file preparation

10. Revise estimates and implement required changes.

11. Value Engineering Suggestion

12. A comparison study with the other material replacement for cost saving of any activity

13. Material requirement for each construction activity allotment as per estimated BOQ.

14. Project budget freezing and taking approval from his hierarchy for the same.

15. Taking out Structural Quantities is an added Advantage.

7 PM to 4 AM (IST)
