Job Description

Job Title: Product Sales Representative


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish relationships with customers while promoting and selling our product portfolio. The role requires someone who can effectively convey product value, manage accounts, and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion & Sales: Present, promote, and sell the companys products to existing and prospective clients. Understand customer needs and how our products can solve their problems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products. Use this knowledge to position products effectively.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of the products.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams to assist in refining product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales and product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in product sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of product features and ability to explain their benefits to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in [industry-specific field] (e.g., technology, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals).
  • Previous experience working in a B2B or B2C environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with flexibility in working hours.
  • Two Wheels Mandatory
