MIS Officer (Spare Parts) - Contract

We are hiring MIS Associate (Spare Part) - Contract basis.

Spare Code Creation - Manage the SAP code creation portal by ensuring

1. Daily review of all code creation request coming from plant
2. Update code number in SAP, review correctness of autogenerated material description, material group, PO text as per Code creation SOP. Forward to SAP team for code/ material group creation
3. Follow-up with SAP team for completion of code creation. Coordinate with plant team for any issues in code creation/completion
4. Maintain database on codes created for all the material classes.
5. Review periodically for possibilities of duplicate codes
6. Review database for updating of inventory optimization parameters like SS, ROL, ROQ
7. Support SAP team in development of code creation portal
8. Seamless incorporation of CMU spares related data for overall spares data management

Data Management & Inventory Control

1. Base preparation of spare modules for graduation from current SAP system to SAP -HANA
2. Review actual consumption pattern to the inventory data uploaded in SAP and conduct analysis of data deviation. Update the SAP data wherever required
3. Download inventory reports from SAP and conduct Periodic review of SS, ROL, ROQ and consumption data, purchase data
4. Monthly MRP run in SAP and analyze the material requirement plant wise and compare with purchase pattern
5. Share summary reports to all ICML on purchase requirement basis MRP
6. Conduct periodic review of ABC, FSN analysis and make report for spare movement between factory
7. Seamless integration with TPM module and data coordination.

Inter-factory movement of spares

1. Develop milestone plan for spares movement across FBD and conduct stage review against plan
2. Review and approve all the purchase request for material value more than ZZZZ
3. Approve spares movement request arising in SAP
4. Ensure spares movement within time by proper coordination with factory team
5. Through MRP and purchase pattern, suggest to factories on spares for movement
6. Review insurance spares and make plan for consolidation of insurance spares
7. Identify, Onboard and manage the central logistic vendor for spare movement
8. Periodic review of benefits realized through spares movement

Rate Contracts

1. Systematic Review FBD material consumption and develop potential vendor list for ARC
2. Coordinate with vendors, Finance team for commercial discussion
3. Prepare ARC JN and contracts for approval
