- Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience in cloud engineering and management, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.

- Cloud Expertise : Extensive experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including architecture, deployment, and management of enterprise cloud solutions.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in cloud infrastructure automation using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, and strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Control Plane Implementation : Experience in designing, implementing, and managing control plane architectures for cloud environments, ensuring efficient orchestration, security, and governance of cloud resources.

- Enterprise Management : Proven track record in managing large-scale cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security, along with experience in cost optimization and governance.

- Leadership and Collaboration : Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of cloud engineers, and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Should majorly have AWS, but would be good to have exposure to other clouds and be able to build multi cloud solution
