Tally sales Intern

Corporate Intellect solutions is looking for Tally sales Intern to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
As a Tally sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in utilizing Tally and TallyCloud software effectively. You will work closely with senior team members to understand clientrequirements, configure the software to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and training.Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and configuration of Tally and Tally Cloud software for clients. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or inperson. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can maximize the features andbenefits of Tally software. Collaborate with senior team members to customize reports and functionalities within Tally tomeet specific client requirements. Stay updated with the latest updates and features of Tally and Tally Cloud to provideproactive recommendations to clients. Document processes, procedures, and client interactions for future reference andimprovement.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience working with Tally ERP software or Tally Cloud in a professionalenvironment. Basic understanding of Tally and Cloud Tally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
