Role & responsibilities
Identify and establish partnerships with new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales through existing and new channels.
Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans. Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets.
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with channel partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to support channel partner initiatives and product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
This position is purely a field job, Business development manager must be in field majority of the working hours.
Reporting on the day's work to Head Office through WhatsApp reports
Approach educational institutions, Organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets.
Contact potential Customers to establish rapport and fix appointments and meetings
Contact Customers to inform about new developments in the Companys products & services
