Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Designer a fresher with BDes degree or someone with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an Individual Contributor role. An Associate Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design vision and strategy for our products. You will work with a team of designer, product managers and engineers, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences that align with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative flair, craft, and self- driven individual to support the design team towards delivering innovative solutions.

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and market trends.
• Facilitate in achieving the product design vision, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Support high-level business requirements into actionable design strategies and solutions.

• Support the design process from concept to execution, including user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms, considering usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless interactions and visually appealing interfaces.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize design initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Champion a collaborative approach, facilitating communication and alignment between design, engineering, and product teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate cross-functional teams on the importance of design in achieving business objectives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
• Participate in regular design critiques, retrospectives, and post-mortems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Support initiatives to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and skill development through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or fresher from college with BDes for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Prototyping Skills: Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Degree: Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
