UCCE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Customer Voice Portal (CVP), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot various Cisco products such as Finesse, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC), Cisco ICM, CUSP, VVB, Voice Gateway, and VXML Gateway.
• Develop and maintain VoIP solutions with a focus on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Voice over IP (VOIP) services.
• Ensure high availability and performance of unified communications systems through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with project goals.

Required Skills:

• Unified Communications Products: Proficient in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, CVP, CUCM, Finesse, CUIC, Cisco ICM, CUSP, VVB, Voice Gateway, VXML Gateway, CUSP.
• Network Protocols: Strong understanding of SIP, VOIP, and other network communication protocols.
• Experience: 3 to 9+ years in Cisco Unified Communications or related networking fields.
• Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms and protocols.
