1. Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, aligning departmental budgets with strategic goals.

- Manage quarterly and annual forecasting, updating financial projections based on business developments.

2. Financial Planning:

- Develop and maintain long-term financial plans, including capital expenditure and cash flow management.

- Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of market conditions and strategic decisions.

3. Performance Analysis:

- Analyze financial performance against budgets, identifying trends and improvement areas.

- Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate financial health and operational efficiency.

4. Strategic Advisory:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

- Evaluate investments, mergers, and acquisitions, conducting due diligence and offering recommendations.

5. Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure efficient finance operations, cash flow management, and expense control.

- Oversee statutory compliance, tax filings, and preparation of financial statements.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.

- Align financial plans with business strategies across departments like Operations, Sales, and Projects.
