Core responsible areas are:

o Completing/managing Vendor Forms, Reporting

o Template-based drafting of proposals

Work with proposal lead to draft tailored content
Using content repository software to complete first drafts of proposals

Ensure proposal quality and compliance
Centralize and standardize RFP content via online platform
o Content repository maintenance, cleanup and updates
o Archive information and keep repository up to date
Formatting and basic design for Power Point Presentations
Create new and update employee resumes and project sheets as needed
Ensure consistent look and feel for all submittals
Proposal automation testing in Salesforce (UAT)
