Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Human Resources department of our company, Core Techies India Private Limited, as an HR Manager at our Noida Office
- The ideal candidate will be open-minded, diligent, and eager to lead various HR functions
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR experience looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, including filing, clerical duties, and preparation of HR documents.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and leading the selection process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Manage employee onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation, and overseeing necessary paperwork.
- Organize company events and initiatives, such as team-building activities or wellness programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead HR projects (e.g., organize a job fair event).
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
