Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to each client's unique business goals and cultural needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices, workforce planning, and talent market insights.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide clients with data-driven insights and market analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and make informed hiring decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes and practices, incorporating innovative sourcing and selection methods to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their employer brand, crafting compelling value propositions and helping to position them as employers of choice in their industry.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, policies, and industry standards, promoting ethical and effective hiring practices.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of internal hiring processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement
strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS
