Position Summary
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be instrumental in scaling myCareerNext's market presence and revenue growth across all segments. This role requires a visionary leader who can build and execute comprehensive revenue strategies while maintaining the company's mission of transforming careers through innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Create and implement scalable business models across B2C and B2B segments
  • Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets and KPIs
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the EdTech space

Revenue Operations & Growth

  • Build and lead high-performing sales teams across all verticals (B2C - graduates, professional, B2B - Organizations L&D and recruitment team)
  • Establish robust pipeline management and forecasting processes
  • Design and optimize revenue operations for scalability
  • Create data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new segments
  • Drive profitable growth across all revenue streams

Marketing & Market Position

  • Partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Develop compelling brand positioning and market messaging
  • Optimize multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, paid marketing, partnerships)
  • Leverage analytics to refine marketing initiatives and improve ROI
  • Build strategic partnerships to enhance market presence
  • Create thought leadership content to establish market authority

Customer Success & Retention

  • Implement best-in-class customer onboarding and engagement programs
  • Drive strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Create feedback loops between customers and product development
  • Develop scalable customer success frameworks for both B2C and B2B segments
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and platform adoption

Required Qualifications
Experience

  • 10+ years in revenue leadership roles with a proven record in EdTech, SaaS, or tech industries
  • Proven track record in successfully scaling startups and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Experience in B2B and B2C revenue growth models; AI/ML product familiarity is a plus

Skills & Expertise

  • Strategic planning and execution in growth environments
  • Leadership, team building, and sales operations expertise
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and pipeline management

Domain Knowledge
