Work on video design and production including editing and assembling existing raw video footage into a finished project
Create intros, outros, lower thirds, graphic bumpers, and motion graphic elements
Coordinate with vendors to order and track marketing collaterals (brochures, ID cards, VCs, pop-ups, event giveaways, etc.)
Coordinate with event management partners during company events to ensure proper execution
Design of print and digital materials for sales purposes
Practice identity design and support of existing identity assets
Pitch creative ideas to the Creative Operations Team Lead and the Head of Marketing
Create storyboards and rough comps to communicate ideas effectively
Other Responsibilities, Depending on Experience and Interest:
Create clear, compelling, and technically accurate blog posts for the company website
Create digital/motion graphic ads and banners for online platforms
Design and oversee production of marketing materials for web, social media, and company events
Complete information graphic design for presentations, training materials, and documentation
Track and evaluate marketing efforts
Suggest strategies to increase company presence and brand visibility
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree (or higher) in graphic design, motion graphic design, animation, video production, or equivalent professional experience (two years or more)
Ability to work competently in Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
A strong command of typography as it applies to digital media and animation
Ability to visually communicate complex and technical concepts creatively and aesthetically with a high degree of craft
A strong portfolio and demo reel
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to adapt the style and message of written pieces depending on the audience and/or medium
In addition to the technical knowledge required for this position, applicants should be detail-oriented, outgoing, creative, and highly motivated
Ability to work equally well collaboratively and independently
Rigorous asset and project file management skills
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and manage time efficiently
Ability to work effectively and communicate efficiently with a geographically diverse team
Desired Skills and Experience (Not Required):
Experience with using project management tools such as Asana
Willingness and ability to increase knowledge of marketing-related topics
Familiarity and comfort working within an established corporate identity system
Knowledge of using Blender or any other 3D design/animation software
