He/ She should have executed a five star hotel project from start to handover . He/ She should be able to lead the services team as well including all the responsibilities listed below

1. Will be responsible for overall Project management. It would include developing detailed Project Plan/Schedule, Resource Planning and Budgeting, Resource Assignments, Risk Management, Quality and Cost Management etc.

2. Managing the team productively to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the project, as well as all compliances as laid out by the management and other identified stakeholders

3. Completes PERT Chart to be set up with all the activity and the review date. Provides clear accountability to be assigned with escalation matrix.

4. Develop a detailed Project plan to monitor and track progress

5. Adherence to the Budget allocated to the Project during the different phases.

6. Effective time management to ensure adherence to milestones set for the different phases of the Project.

7. Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction by close looping any issues raised by the customer.

8. Carefully evaluate the structural, electrical, and mechanical condition of each project.

9. Regularly inspecting all drawings and designs before they are implemented.

10. Overseeing all the different engineering processes in a construction project are executed in compliance with the highest quality levels and standards

11. Ensure that any form of documentation or reports that required at the site are updated and in accurate condition.

12. Suggest different cost-saving techniques for a project.

13. Delegate tasks to the team members, ensure that they carry out their responsibilities, monitor the personnel on site and provide feedback to the team for optimum productivity.

14. MIS and Reporting Sending MIS reports to the Management on a daily basis in the requisite format.

15. Ensure that all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed in the Project.
