Job Title: Executive - Control Tower

Location: Mumbai HO

Type: Third-Party Payroll

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Control Tower team in Mumbai. It would be on third party payroll. In this role, you will be crucial in managing various Control Tower activities, including shipment tracking, on-time deliveries, help desk and exception management, and performance & MIS management. Your focus will be on proactively identifying and addressing potential delays and delivery challenges to ensure timely shipment deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Control Tower activities including shipment tracking, on-time deliveries, help desk, exception management, and performance management.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide visibility to all stakeholders, capturing and managing delays and exceptions.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and perform data analysis.
• Ensure prompt resolution of queries via email or phone.
• Contribute to analytics and performance management efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Graduates
• Either freshers or candidates having 1-2 years of experience in customer relations, chat processes, or email process can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent email writing skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including 24/7 and on national and festival holidays.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytics expertise.
