Senior Web Developer (preferably in mobility)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our technical evolution. You will bring your expertise in backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to lead our technical initiatives. This includes designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, architecting scalable web applications, and optimizing cloud infrastructure. As a senior member, youll have the opportunity to influence the technological direction of the organization and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Proactively monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing technical team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven professional software development experience, preferably in mobility or similar sectors.

Expert-level proficiency in:

• Backend Development: Python (Django)
• Frontend Development: TypeScript and Next.js (or React)
• Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
• Advanced experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and data versioning tools like DVC.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Comprehensive knowledge of databases and data communication protocols (e.g., PostgreSQL, REST).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
