Team Lead- Content Writer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing direction, support, and feedback to ensure content quality and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and oversee content strategies that align with the companys brand objectives (Preferably with a focus on the fashion and clothing industry)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure that content supports overall business goals.
• Ensuring content is delivered on time and meets the needs of various marketing initiatives.
• Produce high-quality content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
• Provide editorial guidance to the team, ensuring all content is free of errors and meets established standards for style and quality.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform content strategies.
• Measure content performance and use analytics to optimize and refine content strategies for greater impact and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content writing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Demonstrated experience within the fashion or clothing industry is preferred.
• Strong portfolio of written work, showcasing versatility and expertise in creating compelling content for the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve content goals and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance.
• A strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies specific to the fashion industry.
