SEM/ Supervisor/Team Leader - International Sales (US/UK)

Location: Sector-62, Noida

We're seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor/Team Lead to join our growing international sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives for US/UK markets

- Monitor and optimize team performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs)

- Implement strategies to manage shrinkage and attrition

- Provide coaching and development to team members

- Drive sales targets and maintain performance standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in international sales (US/UK markets)

- Proven track record in hardcore sales

- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs

- Excellence in team management and leadership

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
