IT Security Manager / Cyber Security Manager

Position Overview:

Growth Grids Private Limited, a leading IT Solution provider, is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead its cybersecurity initiatives and contribute to secure IT Infrastructure. This role will focus on securing Growth Grids SaaS, Cloud and various Infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, protecting the companys infrastructure and data protection against cyber threats.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud security, SaaS application security, and cyber security product development, along with experience in threat detection, compliance, audit and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement security frameworks to ensure data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee IT security solutions that Growth Grids can offer to clients as part of its portfolio.
• Monitor and analyse security incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security controls.
• Work with software development teams to integrate security-by-design principles.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant cloud security standards.
• Proficiency in ITIL Process Implementation, SWOT Analysis, and Technology Audits.
• Lead incident response efforts, mitigating cyber threats while ensuring business continuity.
• Deploy and manage security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection for internal IT environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance Growth Grids' security solutions and provide data-driven cyber security recommendations.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and customers to promote best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats, cloud security trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT security, cyber security management, or cloud security, with a focus on SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in SaaS security architecture, API security, and cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with security frameworks like Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and OWASP.
• Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and security automation.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CCSP are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design & develop security solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and launching cyber security products.
• Knowledge of AI-driven threat detection, encryption, and authentication.
• Proficiency in security automation and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and API security best practices.
