Senior Product Manager - FinTech (4-5 yrs)

- In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by defining strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation that delivers exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Partner closely with the founder to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic product decisions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that prioritize features for successful product development and launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to understand stakeholder needs and ensure seamless product delivery.

- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, managing requirements gathering, prioritization, and communication.

- Translate business needs into clear product specifications through the creation of detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Customer Focus & Product Improvement:

- Continuously analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and user experience optimization.

- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging customer feedback and market research to drive product enhancements and new feature development.

- Ensure products meet user expectations and deliver long-term value, contributing to business growth and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the B2C FinTech industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B. Tech) from a top-tier institution (Master's degree a plus).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional team leadership.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e. , Jira, Confluence).

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building innovative and user-centric products.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore
