CMDB Service Mapping Consultant (4-10 yrs)

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMDB Service Mapping Consultant, for a client of WEN - Women Entrepreneur Network, located in Bangalore and Pune.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Minimum 4.5 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.

- Experience in a development role will not be considered. This role requires experience in CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT or CMDB SERVICE MAPPING CONSULTING.

- Responsible for collecting, verifying, updating, and reporting on the data in the CMDB, as well as identifying and resolving any data quality issues or gaps.

- Needs to have strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a solid understanding of the IT service management (ITSM) framework and the CMDB best practices.

- Responsible for managing the Configuration Management Database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the CMDB.

Qualifications :

- Experience in Configuration Management and Database Management

- Knowledge of CMDB tools and best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience with IT Service Management processes

- Knowledge of ITIL framework

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
