Roles & Responsibilities :

As an SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing mediation solutions within the SAP S/4HANA BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) ecosystem. Your role will involve developing and configuring mediation components to handle usage data from various sources, ensuring seamless integration with downstream billing and revenue management systems.

Key responsibilities include :

Solution Design & Development :

- Define and implement SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) components within the S/4HANA BRIM Billing framework.

- Design and configure applications to support business processes related to mediation, rating, and billing.

Development & Integration :

- Strong hands-on Java development experience to customize mediation solutions.

- Work with JavaScript and Web Services for integration and automation of data flows.

- Experience in designing and developing interfaces for applications to collect meter usage data.

Technical Expertise & Optimization :

- Work extensively with DigitalRoute (SAP Convergent Mediation) to enable efficient data mediation processes.

- Optimize mediation processes to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy in handling high volumes of transaction data.

- Develop solutions for real-time and batch processing of event records.

Collaboration & Client Interaction :

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing, rating, invoicing, and CRM teams.

- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ongoing SAP BRIM implementations.

Technical Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementations (End-to-End).

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA BRIM modules and integration with billing components.

- Hands-on experience with DigitalRoutes MediationZone or other mediation platforms.

- Deep understanding of SAP BRIM process flows, including rating, charging, and billing.

- Proficiency in Java development for custom mediation logic and data processing.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and XML/JSON.

- Familiarity with event-based architectures, data streaming, and message queuing systems.
