Consultant

Support and Administer MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/Elastic Search database instances effectively, efficiently and independently
Performing tasks related to installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup, recovery, security, patching, upgrades and high availability
Resolve moderate to complex (P1, P2 and P3) incidents and problems effectively in a timely manner
Provide automation solutions for manual efforts & repetitive issues.
Providing production support and available for escalations
Responsible for performing root cause analysis and long-term fix
Responsible for implementation of medium to complex projects,major activities and change requests.
Ready to upskill/adopt and support/administer latest database technologies
Working in a cross cultural team and communicate effectively
Mentoring and guiding other team members

Qualifications:
6 - 10 years of experience in MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/ElasticSearch with strong database administration skills
Expertise in handling issues independently
Expertise on export/import, user management, enabling security/audit controls
Expertise in troubleshooting proactive monitoring backup restore/recovery and performance tuning of databases
Very good knowledge of Linux/AIX/Windows and its related commands and shell scripting.
working experience on High availability Master and Slave replications/ Disaster recovery testings
Good to have working experience in latest database technologies will be an advantage
Exposure to cloud like AWS Azure, GCP Cloud will be good
Good analytical and problem solving skills
