Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for building or modifying applications to specification. This person will serve as the backbone for the development efforts on products being assigned. This role must have knowledge in all stages of software development in an agile environment. Responsibilities Qualifications
This role requires collaboration with other engineers, developers, business analysts, and should require little guidance from senior leadership and management. This role is expected to understand and know how to troubleshoot various layers of the infrastructure for internal applications and reporting systems critical to the business. We are looking for someone who is strong with web applications and .Net core framework.
This role is expected to easily support the Dev leadership team and guide junior roles when they have questions. They should follow all processes for sprint scheduled and jira workflows; daily code check-ins and provide code reviews when needed.

- Execute full life cycle and application software development.
- Create scalable software, website interfaces, workflows, applications, and reports.
- Write effective APIs and Restful services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize and fix software as necessary.
- Create and follow security and data protection settings.
- Design and develop client-side and server-side architecture.
- Tailor and deploy processes and metrics.
- Provide code reviews as warranted to maintain team coding standards.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization.
- Provide expertise and support for more junior developers as they work through complex problems.
- Ask probing questions to ensure that what is designed is technically feasible and will meet the needs outlined and provided.
- Write technical documentation, and review documentation written by more junior team members to confirm accuracy.
- Collaborating with other engineers/developers to create solutions to provided requirements and specifications.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer or similar role.
- Familiar with common technology stacks.
- Knowledge of multiple languages and libraries (e.g. .Net framework, C#, JSON, JQuery, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, MVC, HTML, XML, Bootstrap, Postman, T-SQL etc).
- Proficiency with SQL Server, MySQL, IIS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to understand workflow.
- Cloud-based technology and database experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related fields preferred
