Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks, with a strong command of both programs.
- Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Developdiscipline-specificc BIM Modelling content for the Project.
- Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ability to independently model entire HVAC systems with precision and accuracy.
- Proficient in coordinating clashes among architectural, structural, and MEPF components to ensure seamless integration by using Navis work.
- Skilled in preparing space plans that account for the installation and maintenance needs of overhead services.
