Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Production Manager to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of the production process by coordinating materials, equipment, and human resources. Additionally, the role requires overseeing quality control and managing production costs. You will be instrumental in ensuring production schedules are met, labor is efficiently allocated, and stock procurement aligns with production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Production Manager Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets and product procurement.
2. Appointing labor and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process.
3. Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborer's.
4. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
5. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
6. Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production stock.
7. Updating the team on the status of production and inventory.
8. Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
9. Resolving labor disputes, where requested.

More responsibilities;

1. managing service schedule
2. ensuring the unit dispatch and regular maintenance checks with clients and vendors
3. procurement of material from market
4. managing the inventory on Excel or inventory management software
5. efficient in communication and coordination

Preferred candidate Skills: -

• Proven experience in relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner

Education: -

Graduate

Additional Note: -

• Working experience in Water Purification Industry will be added benefit.
• Technical background and understanding of current technologies.
