CQ10062 - Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Absence Management and Payroll solutions, with a strong focus on payroll implementations in the UAE region.
• Leverage expertise in Oracle Fast Formulas to configure and troubleshoot payroll calculations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform system configuration and customization as needed for both absence management and payroll functionalities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve solution quality, and elevate customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Provide guidance and training to both internal teams and clients on Oracle Fusion systems.
• Willingness to travel to onsite locations as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Absence Management and Payroll implementations, with at least one or two payroll implementations in Dubai.
• Expertise in Oracle Fast Formulas, particularly within the payroll module.
• In-depth understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulatory standards in the UAE/Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll system configurations in Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
