SAP PS Consultant - E2E Implementation (6-12 yrs)

About the Job :

We are looking for a SAP PS Consultant with expertise in managing project systems to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP PS module for various clients. Design and configure the SAP Project Systems (PS) module according to business requirements.

- Project Management : Oversee project lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, and delivery of SAP PS related projects.

- Customization : Customize SAP PS functionalities based on client requirements, including integration with SAP MM, SD, FICO, and HR modules.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide post-implementation support for SAP PS, resolve production issues, and ensure system stability.

- Documentation & Training : Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals. Conduct end user training and provide system documentation.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Ensure all project requirements are well understood and appropriately addressed.

- Enhancements & Upgrades : Identify areas of improvement within existing SAP PS setups and recommend enhancements or upgrades.

- Testing : Conduct integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the system meets all business needs.

- Compliance & Best Practices : Adhere to industry standards, SAP best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance in project delivery.

Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration and implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO).

- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, including project planning, cost control, and progress monitoring.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP PS-related issues.

- Experience with SAP HANA and Fiori is a plus.

- Proficient in creating and managing project-related documents (functional specifications, training manuals, etc.).

- Knowledge of best practices and SAP PS innovations in project management.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP certification (SAP Certified Application Associate - Project Systems) is preferred.
