Senior Audit Manager - CA Firm (4-5 yrs)

Job Title: Chartered Accountant.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory and internal audits, along with expertise in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and their implementation.

- This role requires an aggressive client-facing approach and the ability to lead and manage a team of 15-20 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Conduct statutory and internal audits in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Implement and monitor Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 audit professionals, providing guidance and support.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Travel to client sites as required for audits and meetings.

- Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in auditing and financial controls.

Qualifications:.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong experience in statutory and internal audits.

- Proven expertise in IFC and its implementation.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a proactive and aggressive approach.

- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
