CSPL India - Software Engineer - .Net/React.js (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and a proven track record in developing scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will bring their passion for software development, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and deploy web applications using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a strong focus on React.js for front-end development.

- Microservices Architecture : Build, deploy, and maintain applications using Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.

- Coding Excellence : Implement best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), adhere to SOLID principles, and apply advanced concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

- Agile Collaboration : Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless communication with team members and stakeholders.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Problem Solving : Analyze complex business requirements and develop efficient, maintainable solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET Core, with hands-on experience in building enterprise-level applications.

- Practical expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js.

- Solid understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and advanced software development methodologies such as Test-Driven Development and Domain-Driven Design.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while effectively mentoring team members.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to the U.S. Retirement Domain will be an added advantage.
